Lead’s commissioning management services ensure that the final product delivered is operational and reflective of the client’s model of care. Focusing on strengthening relationships with internal and external stakeholders at the head office and facility level, Lead strives to ensure all organisational and resident expectations are exceeded. While liaising with the Project and Design teams, Lead’s Commissioning Team looks for opportunities to promote and include local artists and suppliers and provide opportunities for current residents to influence product selections.
After undertaking a briefing with the client to understand requirements in relation to Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE), Information Communication Technology (ICT), and organisational and site operations, Lead collaborates with preferred suppliers and industry leaders to develop a procurement and commissioning strategy aligned with the client’s preferences.
As a key part of commissioning, Lead manages installation on site with the facility’s operational team to ensure commissioning of the facility runs smoothly with minimal interruption to resident’s care, facility operations and project timelines. Once the facility commences operations post-commissioning, Lead serves as a resource to the facility’s operations team by organising specialised training, ongoing maintenance support and further procurement if required.
